The University Medical Center Utrecht is one of the largest trauma centers in the Netherlands as well as a large cancer center. As a result, our department serves a diverse range of patients and collaborates with numerous departments both within and outside our hospital.
Alongside the clinical work, we engage in research across many aspects of plastic surgery, together with surgical and nonsurgical specialties in our hospital and with national and international academic institutions.
